Southeast Iowa

We are located in Muscatine County near the small town of Nichols, Iowa.

The Iowa river lays to the west and the Cedar river lays to the east.   These two rivers meet about twelve miles south and form the “big” Iowa river.  With these river systems to the west, east, and south, and vast crop fields in between, there is plenty of habitat and food for all of Iowa ’s wildlife. Iowa City, Iowa, and Muscatine, Iowa, are both within a short twenty mile drive.   Here you will find numerous hotels, restaurants, and sources of entertainment.
